Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with RHG SHOPEE, the owner of the YOUNGMEN® brand (“we”, “us”, “our”), through WhatsApp, phone, email or at our store. Please read them before contacting us or placing an order.

1. About this website

This website is for information only. It describes our brand and products and lets you contact us. It does not sell products online, does not process payments and does not create user accounts. Product photographs, names and descriptions are indicative; colours may vary slightly between screens and the actual garment.

2. Orders

• Orders are placed by message (WhatsApp, phone or email) or in person at our store. An order is confirmed only when we confirm the item, size, quantity, price and delivery details in writing (for example in a WhatsApp message).
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless we state otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are told to you before you confirm.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was quoted in error. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
• Made-to-measure or customised pieces are made to the measurements you give us. Please check them carefully; we are not responsible for a poor fit caused by incorrect measurements.

3. Payment

We accept UPI, bank transfer and, at our store, cash or card. For customised or bulk orders we may ask for an advance before production starts. We never ask for your card PIN, OTP or online-banking password; please do not share them with anyone claiming to represent us.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched through courier partners to the address you provide, or can be collected from our store. Estimated delivery times are shared when you confirm the order and may vary due to courier delays, weather or public holidays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Exchanges and returns

• If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will replace it or refund you.
• Size exchanges for standard (non-customised) items are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packing. Return courier charges may apply.
• Customised, altered or made-to-measure items, and items sold on clearance, cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

6. Garment care

Follow the care label stitched into each garment. Embroidered, silk-blend and jacquard pieces should be dry-cleaned. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing or ironing.

7. Intellectual property

YOUNGMEN® is a registered trademark of RHG SHOPEE. All logos, text, designs and photographs on this website are owned by RHG SHOPEE or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.

8. Communication

By contacting us on WhatsApp you agree that we may reply to you on WhatsApp about your enquiry or order. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
