This website is for information only. It has no user accounts and no online checkout. We may collect the following information when you choose to contact us:

• Order details: the products, sizes, quantities and measurements you ask about or order, and payment confirmation details (we do not store card or bank credentials).
• Messages: the content of conversations you have with us on WhatsApp, email or phone, so that we can answer and fulfil your request.
• Technical information: when you visit the website, our hosting provider may log standard data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of visit. This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics (for example Google Analytics) in future, this policy will be updated.

3. How we use your information

• To answer your enquiries and share product details, prices and availability.
• To take, confirm, pack, dispatch and deliver your orders, and to handle exchanges or complaints.
• To send you order updates and, only if you have opted in, information about new collections and offers.
• To keep records required by Indian law (for example, invoices and tax records).
• To protect our business against fraud and misuse.

4. WhatsApp messaging

We use WhatsApp Business (including the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta) to communicate with customers. When you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number, profile name and messages are processed by WhatsApp / Meta under their own privacy policy.

• We message you on WhatsApp only when you contact us first, place an order, or opt in to receive updates.
• You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, or by asking us in any message. Transactional messages about an active order may still be sent.
• We do not sell your WhatsApp number or share it with third parties for their marketing.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order (name, phone number and address only).
• Payment providers (for example UPI apps or banks) that process your payment under their own policies.
• Service providers that host this website or our communication tools (for example WhatsApp / Meta), under confidentiality obligations.
• Government or legal authorities, when required by law.

6. How long we keep information

We keep order and invoice records for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. Enquiry messages that do not lead to an order are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period. You may ask us to delete your contact details at any time (see section 8).

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, including limiting access to the devices and accounts used to run our WhatsApp and email. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it;
